An increasing number of enterprises put product quality control in an important position in thedevelopment of enterprises. Processing of product quality formation becomes enterprise focus.Forenterprises, higher product quality requirements are needed, because the quality of military productshas become an important factor in determining the level of national army combat capability and theoutcome of a war. Because of military products’s particularity and high quality requirements, smallbatch trial process must be carried out after the identification and modifications to product design,as well as assigning all equipment and resources required for the manufacturing process. But, atpresent, what the enterprise urgently needed is to solve the problem of quality control. The problemcan be recognized by two aspects: the identification of the key procedure in the small batch trialprocess, and how to achieve the critical control of key procedure under the condition of lack ofproduct characteristics data. The critical control of key procedure in the small batch trial processcan improve the efficiency of trial process and reduce unnecessary losses. The selection and controlof key procedure in the small batch trial process become critical issue of enterprise research.Theoretical model of this thesis is based on the analysis of the small batch trial process.Modeling the small batch trial process was by introducing directed graph theory. On the basis of themodel, the key degree of each procedure node can be calculated. Take the process with higher keydegree as the key procedure.Selection of key procedure can narrow the scope of quality control inthe trial process, significantly cut the cost, and improve the efficiency of quality control, so as toenhance the efficiency of small batch trial.In the actual course of the study, this article analyzed the small batch trial process of a militaryenterprise based on enterprise site analysis and research. On the basis of directed graph theory, thedirected graph model of the small batch trial process was established. The key degree of eachprocedure can be calculated, combining with the existing technical conditions in the trial process.Finally, on the basis of key procedures identification, converse the quality characteristic data of theworkpiece on the key procedure in accordance with the "5M1E" factor that has similar influence onthe procedure, increasing the sample size. And then introduce the multi-map joint control method todraw moving range chart and CUSUM control chart, realizing the quality control for keyprocedures. Multi-map joint control method enhances the sensitivity to fluctuations in the trialprocess, improving the effectiveness of the quality control.
