Twenty-first century is the key to competitiveness talent competition, the modernenterprise management of human resources into the core of the period. For human resourceinformation into human resources reform is one important means. In the knowledgeeconomy, e-HR (Human Resource Management System e) human resource managementinformation is a comprehensive solution, on the one hand to provide decision support forbusiness leaders to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; the other hand,optimization of human resource management processes, effective implementation ofpeople-oriented management philosophy, improve service quality and HR values. On China’smany state-owned utilities, since the implementation of e-HR has a long cycle, largeinvestment funds, involving a wide range of features, and yet at home and abroad to form aneffective norms and standards, risk management often become a corporate implementation ofe-HR process a weak link. This article aims to explore suitable state-owned utility companiesin the e-HR project implementing effective risk management systems and methods forsuccessful implementation of enterprise human resource information and provide somereference and reference.This paper introduces the connotation of e-HR project management, risk management andrelated theory as a theoretical basis for this study; secondly combined utilities company Fe-HR project Cases Introduction of corporate human resources and project implementationstatus Overview and risk management problems. Again, according to the theory of projectrisk management company F e-HR projects take a variety of approaches to risk identification,risk identification matrix formed to construct risk identification system; On this basis, usingthe AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the project risk assessmentindex system, obtained by analyzing the impact of key risk indicators of projectimplementation factors; final assessment puts forward countermeasures against risks andrisk-control into the tool.In this paper, the use of literature, survey research, portfolio evaluation and other researchmethods, the use of risk management system is relatively rich in practical and concreteindicators, help to improve the utility of domestic enterprises to implement e-HR project riskmanagement and control ability to achieve the success of e-HR project on-line, andcomprehensively improve the level of human resources information.
