Therefore, the government’s costs and performance issues are increasingly causing widespread concern around the world.According to the correlative report, in terms of administrative costs, the country with the highest operating cost in the world is China. In order to be more typical in analyzing the grass-root government administrative costs, the paper has selected six prefecture-level cities as research objects:Yan’an and Yulin in northern Shaanxi, Xi’an and Baoji in Guanzhong, and Ankang and Hanzhong in southern Shaanxi, trying to make a quantitative study of the administrative costs of the Shaanxi local government, which presents the growth of the administrative costs directly, analyzes the causes of high administrative costs of the local government from four aspects, and proposes solving strategies.
