The Research On The Construction Of Agriculture Informatization About The Information Demand Of Enterprise

It is objective needs that Agricultural Informatization transforms traditional agriculture, promote agricultural industrialization and modernization. Service System of Agricultural Informatization as the "strategic" resources elements in the process of agricultural informatization, provides the protection of a wide range of services. With the continuous progress of China’s agricultural informatization service, Service System of Agricultural Informatization has an initial prototype, and all levels of government departments will establish and improve Service System of Agricultural Informatization,and bring into the local long-term regional development strategy planning.However, in the process of agricultural informatization service, many scholars found that for low quality and low needs of farmers even if the agricultural informatization meets the information needs of farmers it is also low efficiency that farmers transform agricultural informatization into prolificacy. So it is most pressing matter of the moment to improve the service efficiency of the agricultural informatization. Leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization which can indirectly transfer information to disperse farmers rely on its size, strength and relationships with farmers. That can indirectly make part of the farmers to use agricultural information services, and can solve "last mile" problem of the agricultural informatizaion service. So in this paper leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization and farmers is the direct target of service system of agricultural informatization, and according to existing status quo of agricultural informatization services in the area of Dazu and the real needs of external environment of leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization establish a set of service system of agricultural informatization based on the information needs of leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization. The specific content and conclusion of the paper is the following aspects.(1) According to analysis of the external environment in strategic management, combined with previous’ studies on the external environment of enterprises, considered the special nature of leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization, the author established index system of the information need of leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization which include a political environment information, economic environment information, social environment information, technology environment information, natural environment information, legal environment information, farm produce environment information and so on.(2) Using this index, the author researched the leading enterprises in agriculture industrialization in Dazu, and then used principal component analysis to determine the degree of importance of the need of information. At last based on demand theory and used Quadrant the author made the real needs of information divide into basic needs, the needs of the public, special needs and almost no demand.(3) Research on service quo of agricultural informatization in Dazu. Focuse on the supplied status quo of the information needs of leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization. Analyze the differences between the supplied status quo of informatization service and the information needs of leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization, and the reason as well as improvement strategies.(4) Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the goal of building, service objects, service principal of Service system of agricultural informatization. Combined with the theory of public goods in rural areas and resource allocation theory, according to the supply and needs of information, it put forward the future of agriculture the information construction policy recommendations:making leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization as one of the service object of agricultural informatization, considering the channels and information content of leading enterprise in agriculture which get information, and then improve the existing agricultural information service system; in the information subsequent construction, it must establish an expression mechanism of information needs, to make agricultural information services provide information in demand; actively mobilizing all forces, integrating all kinds of agriculture-related resources, constructing agricultural informatization; government must increase investment in training compound talents.
