Organization is composed of a collective human. In this group, different people have different interests above requirements, but due to the scarcity of resources, not anyone can get the same benefits. So, in order to obtain maximum benefits, members of the organization will achieve the above aims through political action. Existing studies have shown that members of the organization’s perception of political behavior would generate a lot of negative impact on organizational performance, how to weaken the negative impact of perceptions of organizational politics to become the focus of organization managers, But, existing studies mainly focused on perceptions of organizational politics outcome variable, and few research to explore the generation mechanism on of the perceptions of organizational politics.This model will be based on GEM, discuss the positive influence of Procedural justice on perceptions of organizational politics, trying to resolve the causes of perceptions of organizational politics. In this paper, empirical research methods will be utilized, SPSS and LISREL and other data analysis software will be help to build structural equation model, The influence path of Procedural justice, Organizational identity, Trust on Perceptions of Organizational Politics will be verified through the questionnaire survey data analysis.The results showed that both Procedural justice and trust have positive effects on perceptions of organizational politics, Trust play an intermediary role between Procedural justice and perceptions of organizational politics. The path that procedural justice influence perceptions of organizational politics through organizational identity and Trust has also been confirmed, Therefore, to some extent, this study explains the mechanism of procedural justice influence perceptions of organizational politics. Finally, the text come to the conclusions and summary, and on this basis put forward relevant management suggestions and comments.
