Intangible cultural heritages are the humanity precious cultural relics which carrying cultural genes of the nation, this is very important to spread the civilization’s inheritance, the continuation and sustainability of cultural diversity. Since2000, UNESCO formally established Representative of Human Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage List which became the focus of attention。In recent years, Chinese intangible cultural heritage has been in rapid under the impetus of the World Heritage Travel, which has developed in the diverse tourism development mode, however, it is also faced with a certain degree of damage, including the lack of physical data retention, product assimilation even in an awkward position of the "successors", the serious commercialization of heritage sites, which lead to the further damage and distortions of the authenticity of the intangible cultural heritage. People began to turn attention to the issue of "authenticity" in the intangible cultural heritage and the empirical analysis.With the attention of the intangible cultural heritage gradually rising, the interests of all parties involved that naturally lead to the development and protection of intangible cultural heritage, especially the understanding of "authenticity" is more intense. The authenticity of the research at home and abroad dates back to the views of the Western anthropology between1960s and1970s, later, which evolved into five major genres, including objectivism real, the constructivism real, the postmodernism real, the existential real and the customized authenticity. And domestic researchers focus gradually turned to the issue of "authenticity" in the intangible cultural heritage tourism development, which are in hope of the solving the embarrassing problem:the deceived travel experience.In this context, it is necessity to objective look at the heritage protection and the development under the guidance of authenticity theory, which has a practical significance and urgency.To solve this problem, the research is carried out from some studies on authenticity-related Problems in tourism development. With analysis and summary of these researches, the Paper is trying to build up the theory Platform of authenticity research based creatively, on this Paper, it analysis of the summary of the current situation and existing problems of Chinese intangible cultural heritage tourism development. Under the guidance of the authenticity theory, the paper build intangible cultural heritage tourism development mode RMPS by introducing a larger stage design on the base of the RMP theory. The stage is build by the point driving line and line driving surface, which including the static and dynamic stage divided from the content, and substantive stage and the virtual stage divided from the manifestation terms. In the end, the mode RMPS is used in the tourism development and tourism product design of Baoding in the province of Hebei. In the end, the paper put forward specific measures to lay the foundation for further enhance the overall tourism image and outreach of Baoding.
