The Factors And Mode Of Transformation And Upgrading With An Example To Economic And Technological Development Zone In Wuhu City

Since reform and opening up has passed thirty years, as an importantwindow for the development of export-oriented economy around,economic andtechnological development zone is a more important link of value chain inChina, which has become a powerful force to promote development of regionaleconomic.In the development of export-oriented economy, the “twelfth five-year” plan and the last government work report in Wuhu City,which made itclearly to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the economic andtechnological development zone,and put forward higher requirements on thedevelopment of economic and technological development zone.Firstly,this paper studies about the progress of relevant research at homeand abroad and the related concepts and theoretical basis,based on the analysisof economic, industrial, infrastructure and investment management of theeconomic and technological development zone in Wuhu City,and with the helpof life cycle theory, economic and technological development zone in WuhuCity is divided into the initial,expansion,stability and transition period ofdevelopment;Secondly,principal component and multiple regression analysisare used to explore influencing factors of the economic and technologicaldevelopment zone,according to degree of influencing,influence factors containtechnological innovation, economic development, social system, humanresources and ecological environment;Thirdly,the method of entropy andTOPSIS has conducted the research to the transformation and upgrading of themodel select for the economic and technological development zone in WuhuCity,the results reveal that the integration of cluster mode should be the bestchoice,followed by the rise of value chain model;Finally,twenty industries havebeen selected as the determination of transformation and upgrading potential through the rough of the economic and technological development zone inWuhu City,the results show that the industries,whose upgrading potential arestronger,contain the office machinery manufacturing industry, chemicalmaterials and chemical products manufacturing, transportation equipmentmanufacturing, electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry.The economic and technological development zone in Wuhu City should becombined with the characteristics of Wuhu city industrial structure and thedevelopment strategic objectives, preferential development and upgradepotential industry, so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of theeconomic and technological development zone.
