With the development of science technology and information, the traditionalmanufacturing model has been unable to meet the current complex and volatilemarket demand manufacturing mode is changing. The proposing of cloudmanufacturing make manufacturing more synergistic, and can save costs, can meet agreater degree of satisfaction of customer needs. This article research distribution oforders and ordering decisions under cloud manufacturing environment based on theconcept of cloud manufacturing, it can provide reference for the management of thecloud platform and enterprises under cloud environment.Firstly, we introduce theories and concepts related to cloud manufacturing, including production characteristics and order factors under cloud manufacturingenvironment. It can lay the foundation for a further research of distribution andordering. Secondly, gave an objective constraint function, and give the solving andoptimization methods. It gives the ordering point and ordering quantities solvingmethods based on the principle of minimum expecting cost, where the objectivefunction is the total transportation costs after enterprises completing products theirorders under cloud manufacturing environment. It is necessary to ensure a balance ofproduction and demand for constraint functions. What’s more it is need to meet thetime of average stay time of orders in the enterprise is less than the product deliverydemand, and gives tabular method for solving and optimization steps. Further more, gives order point and order quantity solving method, reorder point is determinedbased on safety stock and the optimal order quantity is determined by using theminimum cost principle and differential method. Finally, study Shenyang BlowerGroup as a example of cloud manufacturing, gave orders allocation and orderingdecision analysis, studies show that the use of this established order allocation modelcan achieve lower product transportation costs.
