Supply chain now in the assistance of information technology and globalization, its management functions jumped from the regional management functions to the functions of the management of globalization, is also growing within the supply chain network, either from the area or from the time, the development of supply chain management has gone far beyond the imagination of people. In today’s increasingly competitive, fine management of the supply chain has become a key to many companies gain competitive advantage, this in great run the risk of increasing the supply chain. In the face of massive supply chain network, every day, many events of its impact, once a small impact to evolve into a catastrophic incident, the entire compact supply chain network will be paralyzed, and increasingly complex external environment also increasing the vulnerability of the supply chain. Therefore the establishment of an effective defense emergency supply chain defense system is extremely important, if this defense system can allow enterprises to quickly restore the shocks, then it is of great practical significance. In this paper, the redundancy theory of organizational structure to keep the losses faced by the automotive supply chain and redundancy lack of emergency management for the existing supply chain, a more comprehensive theoretical study and empirical research. From the point of view of the supply chain, this paper first the basic content of the emergency management of the supply chain, including the meaning, characteristics and types of emergencies and management of the system analysis. Most of the supply chain management theory emphasizes emergency management emergency occurs, the emergency strategy to consider the defense of the incident, but this kind of "hindsight" often lead to huge losses in the enterprise before for specific emergency action, so that in addition to the direct loss but also to bring a variety of other losses to the enterprise caused great loss costs. Even many scholars in advance on the supply chain emergency management and defense, but the vast majority of research and demonstration are concentrated in the qualitative analysis above, even if there is a quantitative analysis on the basis of qualitative analysis quantitative analysis of did not bring practical programs. This article proposes to consider before emergencies redundancy of the enterprises themselves and take the initiative to establish redundant reserve resources, and, based on the short-board effect at the same time to cut non-essential redundancy, which would allow companies in the active defense of the impact of the emergency under the premise of maintaining a low operating costs, even in the case of unexpected events did not happen, nor will it cause the cost burden. First to emergencies and the resulting loss of analysis and simulation, based on emergencies caused by the loss of the visual display and modeling, and the redundancy theory based on the establishment of a redundant the reserve factor model provides an effective decision support for supply chain prior defense.
