Organizations are moving toward team-based work structures worldwide.Enhance of team performance is becoming one of the most important focuses oftheorists and practitioners.Base on the analysis of literature,we considered team size, team type and GP allcan influence team performance. A total of178team workers completed twoanonymous questionnaires, the reliability and validity of revised GP scale is excellent.The scale of GP was the common scales which test the variables in this area. Analysiswith SPSS19.0of the data. We got conclusions with regression analysis, correlationanalysis, and ANOVA.The aim of this research is examining the influence of team size, team type andGP on team performance.According to our data information, team potency (GP) can influence teamperformance. In addition, based on the analysis of variance, with the increase of teamsize, team potency and team performance are decreasing. And team type can alsoinfluence the GP and team performance. From this point of view,the application ofthis research have it’s practical significance.
