Evaluation Of The Returnees Talent Entrepreneurial Environment In Changzhou

Entrepreneurship environment is a key part of entrepreneurship research, and it’s having full attention of researchers and practical workers for the past few years. In the background of returnees talent backflow and talent competition has become increasingly internationalized, so evaluation of returnees talent entrepreneurial environment become a new topic research in the field of international business and management. Changzhou knows well about the new trends of overseas talent flow, by creating perfect environment for talents, try to bring in excellent returnees in various areas and now have achieved good results. However, entrepreneurial environment evaluation focused on qualitative analysis cannot fully reflect the actual situation of entrepreneurial environment returnees talent.This paper analyses and evaluates the problems of Returnees talent’s entrepreneurial environment in a systematic way, supplemented by using Quantitative analysis method and Qualitative analysis, based on the theory of business combination of management, entrepreneurship, economics and also knowledge of multiple disciplines. First, the paper carries out the review for some of the related research of domestic and overseas. Further clarify the theoretical basis on this paper. While analyzing the definition of the entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial environment and returnees talent, expounds the representative theory, then provide the basis theory of overseas returnees talents entrepreneurial environment evaluation index select of Changzhou. The third chapter analyses Returnees talent business environment of Changzhou and summarized the basic information and results. Second, analysis the Finance support, the Government project support, the Reformed teaching method, the Business environment and infrastructure and Social market based on the GEM model by combining with the practical situation. After these, in view of the returnees entrepreneurial environment evaluation system to establish evaluation system, use a combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy analysis theory to construct evaluation index, to carry out an empirical study of entrepreneurship environment concrete conditions of Changzhou returnees talent. Last but not the least, this paper also point out the omissions and the future prospects.
