An efficient R&D management mode plays and important role in promoting railway management and improving system construction.This article based on the R&D management for SR research institute. On the basis of R&D principles and theories, with the theoretical means of the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the thesis describes the R&D management in SR institute, analyses the contributing factors and concludes the relevant solution.The thesis introduces the SR institute briefly and the R&D management status. At the same time, the thesis uses the classical R&D management theories and research achievement for reference and analyses the R&D status and main problems of SR institute one by one from the aspects of R&D achievement management, patent management, talents cultivation and incentive mechanism.
