A Research On Chengdu Urban Agriculture Development Mode

The present era, economic benefits and economic status of agriculture are in decline, but ecological and cultural functions are continuously strengthened. Combing through the theory of the development of urban agriculture at home and abroad, this article summarizes the four evolutionary stages of the development of urban agriculture in Chengdu. Combined with the overall planning of the198functional areas of Chengdu, more than60%of the total land area is agricultural land, so the success of agricultural industry determines the ultimate success of the entire198project. Pixian, as a traditional agricultural county of Chengdu, has unique advantages for the development of agriculture. Pixian198Ribbon, which is in Chengdu198items, belongs to the first camp which enjoys large area of agricultural land and better farming conditions, and thus its development path and mode will be a positive demonstration for Chengdu, even for the western region of China.Based on the SWOT analysis for the development of urban agriculture of Pixian198area, the author has established the selection model based on industry, identified development direction for the functional area of urban agriculture, analyzed the leading industry selection of urban agriculture in accordance with the regional situation, and designed its own project format centered on basic planning of industry. The author has put forward that in specific projects of Pixian198functional areas, emphasis should be mainly given to the ecological compensation theory, industry chain and industry cluster theory, as well as a high starting point for planning, high-end industry and high-end industry, to raise industrial added value and competitive threshold. In order to speed up the project, three development strategies are developed under the lead of government, and there are respectively global planning, high-end positioning of the sectional advance, and under the leadership of the leading platform. This paper introduces the design of garden center, the standardization of storage base, terminal such as chain operation landing project, and puts forward the development strategies and prospects of the industry.Research results show that, urban agriculture should respond positively to urban expansion, voluntarily accept city radiation, especially seize the development opportunity of adjustment of the industry layout under current urban and rural overall advance, to promote the sustainable development of regional economy.
