During thepast seven years, the informatization level of Jiangsu province gradually increased,although not all aspects of growth, but the overall show a rising trend, informatization inrural is more and more accepted by farmers, to rural development play a key role, at thesame time the various indicators of the growth and development reflects the time lag.Based on the time delay, this paper establishes the rural informatization level asexplanatory variables, and the rural economy as the explained variable lag，establishesautoregressive distribu—ted lag mode. Chose to build lag regression model mainly becauseof the study of rural informatization index, between the government investment and thelevel of information, has apparent hysteresis. In reality, the rural economy in theinformation technology under the influence, there will be a lag, not the immediateinfluence.Drew the following conclusions: the rural informatization infrastructure impact on therural economy in the first lag period and the second period, and was positively related, inthe second period the influence is obvious. The popularization of information technologyneeds the support of rural economy, and its impact on rural economy must have certainscale to manifest, the lag period is longer and lag in phase two impact on the ruraleconomy is acceptable.
