The Study On The Structural Adjustment Of Agricultural Production In Neijiang City

Agricultural industry structure is that variously agricultural production department in any country and region and the internal composition of different department and their mutual ratio. Agriculture production structure is a basic factor for organizing and utilizing agricultural productive power (agriculture resource distributed). It is vitally important to agriculture production development, so that establishing reasonable agriculture production structure is required for developing agriculture and accomplishing the modernization of agriculture With the changing of natural and economic conditions, agriculture production structure has changed. Agriculture production structure is compound and objective economic phenomenon. people must not go against objective condition for subjectively arranging for the production structure. In fact people must proceed from actual condition and adjust agriculture production structure according to objective regularity.In the paper, the author argues the adjustment of agricultural structure in Neijiang has achieved remarkable results, but because of obvious early industrialization characteristics, weak urban elements gathering, and development gap widened, there are still some problems in adjustment of agricultural structure, which are the obstacle to the development of modern agriculture in Neijiang City. Therefore, the related parties shoud do well as follows:the government must play a good leading role, and at the same time foster the growth of the leading enterprises, insist the urban and rural co-ordination development, strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction, make good planning and guidance, optimize the structure of the regional distribution, promote the industrialized operation of agriculture, etc.This paper includes5sections and5chapters. Section1is the introduction (1st chapter), in which there are the background, research purposes and meanings, literature review, etc. Section2is the situation analysis, including the overall analysis of the industrial structure of agriculture, the analysis of basic, reaonable assessment of the agricultural structure. Section3is the analysis of agricultural structure in both Neijiang City and the adjacent cities, including basic analysis of the agricultural economy, basic analysis of agricultural structure. Section4is the domestic and international experiences and enlightenments of the adjustment of agricultural structure. In this chapter, the writer analyzed the experiences from USA, Netherland and other domestic cities, and draw out the enlightenments.Section5is the agricultural structure adjustment strategic choice in Neijiang City, including goal of the agricultural structure adjustment, countermeasures of the agricultural structure adjustment, the protection measures of agricultural structure adjustment and optimization.
