With the development of globalized economic, logistics is recognized as "the third bedrock ofprofitability", which has widespread attention from all over the world. Enterprise logisticsoutsourcing has become a general trend of development. The third-party logistics market’s potentialis tremendous in our country, while our late start causes lower level of development of wholeindustry. After China’s entry to WTO, foreign logistics giants have entered China, competition inthis industry has been more intense. In order to avoid providing homogeneous service, enhanceenterprise core competitiveness and expand enterprise survival space, service innovation is thenecessary choice for the third-party logistics in our country.Combined with the related study of service innovation factors, the numbers of the third-partylogistics service innovation driving force factors are analysed to point out that the serviceinnovation is the combined force with the driving and resistance force. It is better to promote theservice innovation from the enhancement of power factors and the decrement of resistance factors.Based on the analysis of the driving force of innovation, it can be seen that influence factors havethe nature of variety and complexity, so the third-party logistics service innovation is proceed bymulti-participators participating under the open innovation paradigm. So the third-party logisticsservice innovation triangular pyramid model which is multi-participated by "enterprise-customer-supplier-the government public department" is built. In this model, the enterprise isregarded the service innovation strategy as a guide, coordinate multi-participators, maximizeintegration all kinds of innovation resources, to ensure the success of the development and designand transfer of service innovation.
