With the rapid development of the securities industry, securities company hardware infrastructure has been greatly improved, but, in the software infrastructure is not keeping up with the. The customer service department to handle every day many customers paper, for these data management is still in print and electronic form processing of primary management mode, leading to the company customer service department work efficiency, work pressure is also great.In order to solve the above problems, the need to develop a customer management analysis system, in order to improve the work efficiency, reduce the staff working pressure. Along with the financial projects become larger and more complex, the customers are becoming more and more, therefore, the establishment of a scientific and reasonable customer management system is very necessary.This paper discusses the design and development of systematic analysis of customer management, mainly from the demand analysis, system design, system testing and summary to the four aspects, the requirement analysis phase, through discussion and user communication as well as the solution to the customer management, customer service department of the system carried out a detailed analysis of the business needs, determine the the overall structure and function of the system. In the system design stage, according to the analysis of customer management system, customer service business requirements, the system’s overall design and planning, to complete the detailed design, the system includes:the design of backstage supporter’s database, the design of the user interface, system function module design, system network structure design of the whole system is divided into basic information management, customer relationship management, customer information management, customer lending management, customer information retrieval, customer review management, customer analysis statistics and system maintenance management8function module, then the system data and data flow analysis. In the system testing phase, testing for the system has been designed and developed complete, mainly for system test purpose, test principle and test method are described in detail, and then, the detailed test to the function modules of the system, the test includes functional testing and performance testing. The test results show that, the design of various functional modules to meet customer requirements of the system, the system has the operation conditions.
