Research On The Impact Of Virtual Community Social Network Structure On Knowledge Sharing

With the Internet technology development, the virtual community becomes an important way for the web cam to exchange information and acquire knowledge. This paper models the interaction of the virtual community, and starting with VBA_Community community-specific research and data analysis, focusing on exploring social interaction between virtual community members of the community for the effects of knowledge sharing. This research has two main steps. Firstly, the paper extracts the social network structure of virtual community from the social interaction; Secondly, this paper constructs a regression model between the social network structure and the knowledge sharing of the virtual community.In the main part, this paper discusses the overall network structure indicators and cohesive subgroups and the core-periphery structure of social network of virtual community from the angle of the overall network structure and substructure. Besides, the thesis builds a regression model between a virtual community social network structure and the knowledge sharing, with the structural parameters of the network structure of virtual community and network internal substructure at the core of the degree of vector as the independent variable of this study and with community trust, knowledge sharing, community management, community atmosphere of four dimensions of knowledge sharing as the dependent variable. Lastly, from the research we can get that virtual community of social network structure is a structure complexity network with high connected, high reciprocity, and more levels and more pathway from overall network structure angle. Overall network structure parameters, such as, point out_degree, point in_degree, connected and center degrees, have significant impact on knowledge sharing. Social network structure of virtual community contains many condensed group connections, which is a complex network. Different of condensed groups occupy with network in the different of location, thus has different of relationship mode and group characteristics. Virtual community activists who are located in network of core location, community trust degree, enthusiasm of knowledge sharing, satisfaction degrees of community management, and satisfaction degrees of community atmosphere are higher, and knowledge sharing effect will better.This main work of the paper can be summarized following:(1) recognized and measured all elements of virtual community social network structure for social interactive research providing based data;(2) virtual community social interactive formed different levels of social network structure that get visual expression, which can more deeply aware the nature of the virtual community;(3) explained and summarized the meaning that the specific social network structure of virtual community impacts on its members;(4) explored a model between social network structure of virtual community and knowledge sharing, for building middle-level theory of virtual communities and social networks provide an important basis.
