The advantages of infrared imaging system have strong resolving power, and canbe use at any time. Infrared imaging system has been widely applied to military,aerospace, medical and a variety of civilian areas. With the development of infraredimaging system, how to test and evaluate its performance, has become one of the keytechnology of infrared imaging system.In the laboratory, the infrared parallel light pipe test system is one of the importantequipment of test parameters to evaluate the infrared imaging system. Improve the levelof infrared imaging system is the important way to establish the correct performancemodel and standard test methods.In this thesis, the paper analyzes the signal transfer function (SiTF), noiseequivalent temperature difference (NETD) and modulation transfer function (MTF) andMinimum can distinguish the difference in temperature (MRTD) concepts andformulas.This paper introduces the testing method of each parameter and test steps.Wide-field infrared parallel light pipe is studied in the analysis of the test systemsoftware. At the same time, the noise suppression and image enhancement algorithm isintroduced, and the nonuniform correction, and shows the actual effect.. Finally, throughthe experiment to verify the analysis software can be used in wide field of infraredtesting system parallel light pipe.
