Along with the sustainable development of china banking informatization, the deeper integration of information technology and banking business, the degree of small and medium-sized banks’ dependence on information technology is significantly enhanced. The safety, reliability and stability of software system is directly related to the whole development of small and medium-sized Banks and the stability of the financial system. Information technology didn’t only promote the development of the business, but also increased the risk of software development at the same time.
