Industrial Computed Tomography is a technology developed from last80s.For the advantages of nondestructive, straight, precise, high profit testing, ICT is widely applied in many fields such as aviation, spaceflight, national defense, and so on.All works are focused on improving the imaging quality based on the works of predecessors. We adopt a225KV X-ray machine. The detector system adopts a detector array composed by128×128units with the size of1.lx1.1mm. The platform adopts the ART330produced by PLANT&MILL. Considering the X-ray energy and the detective efficiency, the distance between the ray source and the platform is set as240mm and the distance between the ray source and the detector is set as400mm. The simulation results show that the designed ICT system can meet the supposed requirement well.Imaging reconstruction takes an important role in industrial CT system. Considering the development and the application of domestic ICT system, a X-ray imaging system is constructed. With the single variation method, we correct the influence of the platform specifications. The results indicate that the effects which result from the axial accuracy and the horizontal motion accuracy on the image reconstruction can be reduced or eliminated. The effects which result from the rotation accuracy and the repeatability are different from the accuracy and are unpredictable. And the effects which are related to the position and the density distribution of the test changes with angles and are hard to forecast. We correct the beam hardening by studying the beam hardening theory. With a complete designed system, we simulate the whole system and adopt the nonlinear method to correct the beam hardening phenomenon.
