After reform and opening-up, China’s television industry has experienced many reform, although successful, but in management, industrial development and content still exists on many issues. As the indicators and the scale, the macro-adjustment of policy on the television industry and TV system reform has a crucial role.From TV management, industry and content policy in three categories, the author classified of its policy of sorting out these policies, landscape and combined with data analysis of these changes on all aspects of the television industry. Combined with a different social, economic, technological and international background, the author tried to find the causes of the changes. Both axes by transverse longitudinal study, the author summarized the evolution of television policy in China in the "changes", and found that the problems in management.The author hopes that through carding television policy, it would show the "changes and unchanges" after reform and opening-up, and found that the manage excessive and management ineffective.This article is trying to optimize the TV policy formulation, and to improve the living conditions of the TV.
