The Research On Power Transformers Anti-theft Alarm Monitoring System In Rural Area Based On GPRS Technology

Because transformers are frequently stolen in rural ares, a study is put forward toan anti-theft alarming monitoring system.The traditional anti-theft products havedisadvantages,such as having false alarms easily, having poor anti-interference abilityand sending alarm information not timely.This thesis selects GPRS technology torealize data interconnection, based on the characteristics of rural transformers’regional distribution. GPRS have many advantages, such as online forever, hightransmission rate, according to the traffic fees, high connection speed, suitable for datatransmission for a long period of time.This thesis gives the overall design sheme of transformer’s anti-theft alarm system,based on the sufficient investigation on the present situation of rural electric grid. Itconsists of monitoring terminal, GPRS network and the main monitoring layer.Considering the cost of this system, monitoring terminals are designed mainlybased on MCU C8051F020and ATT7022C data acquisition chip. Through LCDdisplay and keyboard operation, the system adds human-computer interaction interfaceto implement system parameter setting and operation,compared with other anti-theftsystems.In GPRS network layer, monitoring terminal has data interconnection withmain monitoring station through the SIM300module. This paper introduces ATcommands processes of SIM300module connecting to the internet. In the monitoringcenter layer, the software system is based on B/S system structure and designed by the.NET platform and database.This paper mainly introduces its implementation process ofalarm query and alarm statistical analysis functions.This system could make the alarming functions work when stealing transformers,power lines or having high oil temperature of transformers happens,and it could alsoautomatic collect, calculate, process, storage, communicate, display electric parameters,oil temperatures and oil levels of transformers. This system realizes the functionintegration and having low cost.It has a high practical value and is suitable for anationwide promotion.
