Design And Implementation Of Foreign Trade Business Management System For Small And Medium Enterprise

With the globalization of economy and trade, competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce. Domestic export enterprises need to shorten the gap of foreign trade management with other competitive companies to enhance the core competitiveness of foreign trade, in addition to make great efforts in product quality and service. Globalized competition in economy market, determine the foreign trade enterprises must adopt information technology to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This dissertation studies the application of information technology for small and medium export enterprises to manage the process of foreign trade enterprise business. For the actual demand of China’s foreign trade export business, this dissertation demonstrates the feasibility of the system construction. Based on the detailed needs analysis of export trade business, we actively explore foreign business information management model. System uses C/S architecture model, and designs system architecture, system hierarchy, system interface and data exchange. Database use SQL Server technology, system architecture using MVC design pattern. By using the function modules way, to analyze and design the achievement of the system function.This dissertation studies how to reduce costs, and integrate management the enterprise logistics, information flow and capital flow. We regard plan and control as the main line, and build a multi-layered structure of export trade management information system. We have discussed the safety control of system, realised a fledge export trade management information system. The research and development have more feasible meaning and practical value to enhance the foreign trade business management level and efficiency.
