With the deepening of the human in space exploration, the requirement of the aerospacetechnology is becoming more and more high. As an important tool, space antenna contactswith ground and space, its higher requirements are put forward. To meet the accuracy, qualityand rigid requirements at the same time, the increasing antenna’s diameter is also needed.truss antenna possess need a small space when contraction, The antenna’s structure is simpleand even deployable antenna diameter increases, the structure constant. this structure is themost suitable in the study of satellite antenna.Analysis the function, structure and working principle of truss surrounding satelliteantenna and determine the independent variable parameters of truss antenna structure. On thisbasis, through the three-dimensional modeling technologies establish its three-dimensionalparametric solid modeling technology (parts drawing and assembling drawing). According tothe characteristics of the truss satellite antenna, combining with spatial coordinatetransformation theory established kinematics’ equations when the antenna unfolded. In theprocess of unfolded, the main joints’ kinematical parameters (position, velocity, acceleration)of the body are analyzed respectively. To avoid mutations in force in the process of unfolding,studied the peripheral truss antenna on speed control, change the rope’s contraction into theunit truss rod cover oblique movement’s control, and realize the position control of peripheraltruss antenna’s unfolding process.Using Lagrange method, combining with the theory of multi-body dynamics, consideringthe friction force, torque and the reflection surface tension factors in the process of unfolding,established the truss developable antenna’s kinetic model of the movement. With the methodof inverse dynamics analysis of the problems, put forward the process control strategy basedon the ropes, determined the relationship of position and force in the process of antenna’sunfolding. According to its movement, analyze the stress state of each node, got the entire organization’s stress state during its process of unfolding. Construct a virtual simulationplatform, through the software of ADAMS truss surrounding satellite antenna simulation,Simulated the unfolding in the space environment(weightless and one in six gravityconditions), and extract the analysis carried out to verify the simulation results.
