With the rapid development of computer technology and sensor technology and the emergence of a variety of new technologies, people put forward higher requirements on garden, family, oil depots, airports, nuclear industry and other important sectors’perimeter intrusion detection system.In this paper, a high voltage perimeter security fences and video based on Davinci technology integrated supervisory and control system is proposed. The high voltage perimeter security fences with integrated functions such as preventing, deterring and alarming, is to transmit alarm and position information to the linked video monitoring system. When the monitoring system works, moving object detecting and behavior analysis is auto-complete, which reduces labor intensity and human errors and improves the real-time and intelligence of surveillance greatly. The main work is as follows:Firstly, the present status of perimeter security fences and the video monitoring system is introduced.Secondly,several video processing algorithms for monitoring system are analyzed and the performance of frame difference method, background statistical average method, optical flow method are also discussed. A frame difference method based moving object detection algorithm applying to our system is given.Thirdly, a high pulse perimeter electronic fence system based on PIC16F877A MCU is designed. Its scheme determining, circuit schematic designing, PCB designing, and the debugging combining software and hardware are shown in detail.Fourthly, a video monitoring system based on Davinci technology on the platform of SEED-DVS6467T is designed. The process of setting up the system development environment under Linux basing on TI SDK is introduced. A multithreading application is designed for video object detection. The video-processing algorithm is transplanted into a dual cores platform with the Codec Engine technology based ARM and DSP core.Finally, the perimeter electronic fence and video monitoring system is realized. When the system is triggered, alarm signal can be transmitted to the monitoring system, then the video capturing is started up and moving object detecting, H264coding, video recording are implemented. Test results show that the effect of the joint monitoring is better in this thesis, and it has a certain value.
