A large number of management problems ofcollege students in universities are causing by the college students. The management ofcollege students involve many aspects and factors, such as the students’ study,life, emotions and so on. When facing to many new problems in the universities, a newchallenge, evaluation of college students, has become a problem worthy of attention.The school is one of the common institutions of higher learning, student source andcomposition is complex in the past, through the method of test to evaluate students arequite limited and insufficien. Therefore, according to the actualsituation of the student, todevelop a set of characteristics and actual accords with college students, to students incollege study, life, work, and many other angles to conduct a comprehensivethree-dimensional and detailed evaluation. At the same time, it is concluded that theevaluation result should let students convince himself, and for his future study and work,and correct shortcomings and inadequacies found in the evaluation of evaluation systemis crucial.This paper first introduces the related concepts and techniques of the evaluationsystem of students; And then analysis the feasibility of the system and requirements indetail, and concrete; Once again discussed the system’s overall design and detailed designprocess; Finally elaborated the system coding and testing process. After thedesignand implementation of system, we design and simulate a lot of experiments usecases and scenarios, the inputsystem, the evaluation system for the test. The final testresults show that the evaluation system design, full function, achievesthe expected performance indicators have reached the beginning of design, can be appliedto our institute’s actual learning, work and life needs.In a word, the system runs stably, functions fully, owns beautiful interface andfriendly interactive functions. If the system will be put into practice in university, moreadvantages can be greatly improved by this evaluation system for students, the evaluationof students will become more convenient and, management of information and archivesof university students will be pushed. Viewing and understanding of the studentinformation will also be facilitated to the teachers and students.This system willstrengthen the school students’ sense of ownership, promote the work of the universitybecomes more harmonious and orderly. Students can realize more about their ownstrengths and weaknesses, promote the exchange and understanding each other, enhancethe motivation of study, and ultimately improve the entire quality of university educationbecause of this evaluation system.
