The Research And Application Of CNONIX For Books Standard Dynamic Maintenance Platform’s Key Technology

Standards are uniform rules of repetitive things and concepts. The essence of standard management is unity. With the increasingly fierce market competition, more and more attentions are paid to standardization in many areas. However, the existing standard management system can maintain only structured information, it can’t maintain dynamically and track for standard text and version information. It can’t reflect the standard maintenance’s phase information, and it can’t track the history of standard changing.To improve these shortcomings of the system, the paper put forward an idea that accord with the needs of standard maintenance and it is on the basic of standard content dynamic maintenance. First, the system organized the contents in tree and sequential structure and saved structured data into database. Second, it compared the contents of corresponding elements in different versions one by one. At last, the system showed the standard contents, the results of comparing and compatibility testing to user clearly. In addition, the system collected user suggestions for revision of the standard, the administrator reviewed and calculated the standard, the data provided the basis for the standard revision.The important point in this paper is the comparing of different versions. The types of standards revision are divided into three cases:adding elements, deleting elements and editing elements. When the corresponding elements are different in different versions, how to decide which types it belongs to is a difficult situation. To solve the difficulty, the paper remembers the current elements position with pointers, comparing the rest elements in two sides following until it compares the same elements successfully.The main results of this paper are presenting to users the phase information of standard maintenance and the changing history clearly through the structured storage of CNONIX for Books standards, the comparing of different version and compatibility testing. In addition, the system provides advises submitting, auditing and statistics function. These functions provide the basic data for standard revision.
