With the fast development of web2.0technology in nowadays, the outlooks for Web3.0era are a generic database transformed by the Internet, artificial intelligence, scalable vector graphics,3D network idea and so on, and those also are the trend of the development of the Web application system.With the popularity and promotion of near infrared spectrum analysis and detection technology, the problems tried to be solved in this study and the research targets of this study are how to store and analyze the mass data of near infrared spectral, and how to display that data to application users in a visualization way using Web technology.In this article, by analyzing and researching the scientific data visualization technology at home and abroad and combining with the characteristics of Web visualization, this study had found a arithmetic way and method to Web visualize the Near Infrared Spectral data. By studied with the theory and related technology in developing the Near-Infrared Spectral information sharing platform, the web visualization scheme to deal with large-scale index data of near infrared spectrum was obtained, related mathematical model to the high dimensional data visualization graphics has be provided. Starting from the operation speed and the actual needs, the MDS and RPES algorithm were improved, and then be applied into the near infrared spectra of sample cluster analysis.According to the characteristics of the near infrared spectrum data, Web visualization processing method was discussed. The Web display plan of some basic graphics of Near infrared spectrum of mass index data and the distributed computing scheme and model of large-scale data were provided. The study displayed a Web visualization mathematical model of high dimensional data, the Multidimensional scaling method and the multidimensional mapping method were improved before applied into the dimension reduction process of Near-infrared Spectrum index data. Based on the research of viewpoints entropy, a3D scatterplot perspective selection algorithm is provided. This research studied the interactive way of Web graphics and data, provided algorithm and formula of mouse-clicking, regional scale and the coordinate rotation of3D vector diagram. The Near Infrared Spectrum data distributed Web visual interactive technology and algorithm steps also had be designed.Finally, The statistical analysis module in " Near-Infrared Spectral Information System for one Industrial of China Tobacco " was developed. Put the visualization research into practice realized the Web visualization of near-infrared spectral index data of tobacco.
