The Exploration And Analysis Of The Relationship Between Libido And Medium Evolution

Along with the development of human society, the medium form is undergoing its evolvement. Meanwhile, the evolution of medium has being promoting the development of human society on the other hand. The relationship between human society and medium, however, is of vital importance to the subsistence and development of human beings. Settling in this field, the pioneers of Medium Ecology are constantly deepening our recognition towards human society and medium.By means of the concept "libido"in psychoanalysis, as well as developing the idea "medium is the extension of human body" by Marshall Mcluhan, a representative of medium environmental school, the text aims to prove the complex and long-lasting relationship between human society and medium, by the using of a pointcut-the discussion of the relationship between "libido" and medium.The first chapter, starting from the definition of the concept "libido"and "medium", analyzes the description of "libido" from the perspective of psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud and Analytical Psychology of Carl Gustav Jung respectively, arguing that "libido" is the original motive of all human activities existing prevailingly in human bodies. Besides, after illustrating two "views of medium", the author is about to discuss this text from the perspective of "the view of pan-medium". The second chapter, thereupon, discusses about the logical relationship between "libido"and "medium",which is based upon the involvement of human body itself. According to the author, medium is the extension of human body, while human body is the energy converter of energy, which, in turn, is the energy of libido. The three concept, therefore, are within an organic system. The third chapter, as is setted, defines that "medium is the inside and outside extension of the inner power of human body", believing that libido stretch out of human body while pouring itself into human body with the help of two mediums-"consumptive medium" and "economized medium" respectively, which, on the other hand, are "remedial mediums", coordinating the balance of libido inside the whole human body.It is effective for us to settle down the libido inside our bodies better, so as to help promoting the comprehensive and healthy development of human kind as a whole, when exploring the relationship between libido and the evolvement of medium. Meanwhile, it also contributes to help us to develop new mediums to adjust with the need of human kind itself. Complementing each other, the two concepts-libido and medium-are devoted to serve Anthropologismus-a very aim of human kind.
