With the development of modern science and technology, the extent ofthe information society is increasingly growth, Information resources areincreasingly important; the importance of information resources isobvious. At present, Archives of increasingly high quality of servicerequirements, especially in regard point of view based on user perception,the relatively small number of studies, research methods, there are somelimitations, archive services quality evaluation index system needs toseek more many breakthroughs and innovations.The title of this article is based on the evaluation of the qualityof service perceived by the user archives, articles from a userperspective reveals the importance of perceived quality of servicearchives, using the critical incident technique method to extract thekey dimensions and factors influencing factors, AHP determine thecomposition of the evaluation index system, and finally, for example,The Changchun Archives empirical study proposed measures to improve thequality of service archives.
