With the rapid development of Internet communication, advances in digitaltechnology, the boundaries between the various media is becoming increasingly blurred,showing a trend of convergence. Internet new media emerging, including all levels topromote the content, transmission, and other multi-terminal fusion with each other, anddiverse forms spread audience viewing behavior has changed, people no longer rely onjust staring at the TV screen to get information, to share their happiness, more is contentvia the Internet to participate in the discussion. Popularity of the Internet to allow morepeople access to the Internet, the number of Internet users continues to improve, closingin December2013, the number of Internet users in China reached618million, the statusof traditional media encounter challenges. Meanwhile, China’s television industry hasentered a new era of transformation and transmutation, China further proposed the "tripleplay " strategy to promote the convergence of telecommunications networks, cabletelevision and the Internet, the effective integration of resources. Watch thereforecross-media integration for the television industry, the development of industry attemptsto expand the scope of dissemination of television programs, television programs topromote the innovation process.To continue to meet the requirements of the audience on the program contentdiversification demand and TV channels and changeable, the Internet by means of a widerange of propagation itself and low threshold, the lack of legal supervision, programproduction process is more simple, relates to the wide range of topics, and soon occupieda place. TV program simply upload to the Internet is unable to achieve the good effect ofcommunication, should fully understand the propagation characteristics of the Internet, toproduce suitable for effective communication on network television. At present, in frontof television media people, trend in the television and the Internet, in support of nationalpolicy, how more effective dissemination of TV programs, the TV content innovation isthe key to the future development of TV media.This paper first explains the reasons of optic network integration, integration of TV media and Internet media has carried on the system analysis, integrated media andnetwork produced some Internet new media forms, such as network television, mobiletelevision. Secondly, through some successful cases to study the interaction between TVmedia and Internet media, on one hand, TV media through the Internet to televisionprogram re packaging posted to the Internet to earn the degree of attention, on the otherhand, the Internet also to television media delivery quality program broadcast ontelevision, expand the influence of the internet. The last part is the key part of theapparent trend analysis, network integration to strengthen the background, opportunitiesand challenges in the era, the television media to realize only interact with the network isnot enough, it is important to develop the Internet thinking, reconstruction programbroadcast platform, developed targeted programs. In addition to train a number ofcompound talents, able to fully understand and master the network technology and themedia television, through the analysis of network data of audience demand of programs.The author also tries to analyze several aspects in this research, the current central andlocal television stations and the Internet, the innovation of TV program, analysis andvisual network integration environment innovation of TV Festival and puts forward someconstructive suggestions.
