The article introduces a laser target simulation system according to the project. The system finishes the testing work by controling the laster spot and simulating the process from launch to hitting the target. We mainly design the unit of spot energy regulation and spot size adjustment, at the same time we finish the testing work. The structure of spot size adjustment unit is screw, which can achieve horizontal movement; the actuator of spot size adjustment unit is DC torque motor. The Kepler optical system of system should realize bigger divergence angle and less travel. When the system is working, we just use the servo control system to change the distance of mirros in order to adjust the focus. The structure of spot energy regulation unit is made of two crystal, which have the same angle. According to the Lambert law, the proportion absorbed by transparent medium is not related with light intensity but the thickness of medium. When we control the movement of crystal to change the thickness of crystal in optical path, in this way we can continuously adjust the energy of spot. After that, many test have be finished to adjust transfer function and control parameters, so we finally finish wide range and high dynamic laser spot parameters controling. Compare with the traditional matheds, the system sovle the problem of adjustment range、dynamic characteristic、linearity and multi-stage cascade, at the same time, our system has the characteristic of simple structure%high stability and low processing costs. We show the conclutions according to the testing results finally.
