Because of the increased demand for CCD devices, there have been a variety of characteristics and models of CCD, Makes it hard to meet the demand of the standardization and consistency of drive circuit, the hardware operation difficulties of traditional method is flexible and more extensible FPGA substitution.. The CCD drive to a new FPGA.The design of the program area CCD imaging system to be adopted interline transfer program, then analysis, design, and instructions for key electronics unit, Control and processing based on FPGA opposite CCD detector output analog video signal amplitude, bias, gain, integration time and other key parameters.
