The Research And Implementation Of Microblog Public Opinion Warning System Based On The PSO-KHM Clustering

In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet and the popularity of Microblog, Microblog has become an important platform for expression of public sentiment and provided a space of freely opinions exchanging for majority of Internet users。However, there are some disharmony and uncivilized behavior, and even some expression of anti-government and disrupting society。In order to correctly guide public opinion, clean network environment, Microblog public opinion warning and detecting technology came into being, which is an effective management tool for government and help the government master the hot topics of public concern each period. What’s more, it can help governments understand the public’s views on these hot topics and attitude to make the correct and scientific decision.The main content of this paper is as follows:First, some clustering methods commonly used and the evaluation criteria of clustering algorithm are described, Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm and some of it’s mature improvements were mentioned,And apply them to the prelimization optimization of KHM (K-Harmonic Means) clustering。Second, this dissertation introduces the Microblog crawler to extract information and how to transform the Microblog information from unstructured text to structure text, and the preprocessing of Microblog information which includes Chinese lexical analysis, redupliction removing, the feature selection of the text, the text representation model。then some hot topics were clustered based on the PSO-KHM clustering algorithm, and finally the system gives warning with a weighted evaluation function identification of public opinion。At last, this Microblog public opinion warning system is established, and meets to the the needs microblogging analysis。public opinion analyzing and mining on the Internet information become more and more important。Data mining technology can make analysis and organization on the public opinion of Internet uniquely, in order to establish a comprehensive, effective and fast public opinion monitoring mechanism...
