Secondary Development To Extend Partial Functionality Based On Easyfly ERP

Modern enterprise management cannot be separated from the informationization,moreover ERP, as most typical representative of informationization, has alreadydeveloped from functionalization to the platformization through several decades ofdevelopment. As the most important content for the construction of enterpriseinformation platform, it gives the most scientific decision-making basis for all decisionmakers of Enterprise. This basis is derived from the information flow in the ERP. But inthe process of collecting sorting processing, namely the process process standardization,because that every Enterprise has its own feature, demand and industry characteristics,but ERP software itself cannot meet these requirements and features due to its ownlimitation. Therefore, it is necessary to meet these special requirements through a smallquantity of secondary development to extend partial functionality of ERP.This thesis is just based on my own duty, that is, the problems occurred in the useof EasyFly ERP run by our group. Combining with the knowledge learned from MSEcourse, to put forward the solutions. This thesis, combined with implementationconsultant in ERP field and experience of PM, proposes a solution of secondarydevelopment for platformization. With C/S architecture of development, Delphilanguage, access ERP database through ADO,At the same time, It is a kind ofapplication design based on the platformization, So based on the above design, it canprint out almost all the content in the ERP database.The design of main interface imitate EasyFly ERP7.0design in order to reduce theadaptation time of operators mainly including template design system, the work sheetprinting system, sequence transfer print system, production planning system, productiontechniques system. The work sheet system and sequence transfer system achieves printthrough barcode scanning recognition scanning identification technology which isdifferent from the original system. Print data directly read from the data base of EasyFlyERP through ADOQuery. The scanned barcode consists serial number, CODE128code.This design, through the solutions to the problems in the use of ERP by ourcompany, firstly combined with the actual situation to perfect the shortage ofinformation platform, secondly in use of barcode recognition technology duringdevelopment process, has greatly increased the work efficiency. Our company indeed achieves the integration of capital flow and logistics in of information platform givingsuperior quality information service for the Enterprise. Eliminates the InformationIsland. This system has achieved expectant result after a period of application.
