Community Medical And Health "Health Card" System Design And Implementation

According to the problem of limited health care resources and people need to queue up to wait when seeing a doctor, this paper design a community residents health card system which supports reservation to see a doctor. The system uses the B/S software structure, to facilitate the process of health care for the community residents. And the the system can make the residents konw their own health status and medical knowledge. The main work and innovation of the paper is that:(1) The system users are divided into four different roles: the community residents, hospital manager, doctors, and the system manager. Analysis the tasks and functions of each role in the system, and the contact and interaction between different type of roles.(2) Complete the reservation process, community residents can advancely select the appropriate medical treatment time and place, using a variety of ways through the system. This not only provides a convenient for both the residents and doctors, but also can be reasonable arrange medical resources.(3) Complete medical treatment processes and hospitalization process. The see a doctor records, dispensary records and hospital records can be saved through the system, which convenient the residents to find their own disease history.(4) Create a personal file condition for residents, so that the residents and doctors can not fully understand the trend of some chronic diseases, which is facilitate to the control of the disease, and is conducive for the health of residents. Community residents can queries health knowledge through the system, which can be applied to their daily life.The final programs written n this paper, which are through testing, can be deployed to run on the server. The paper implements the basic functions of community residents health card system, which can meet the initial needs of community residents for medical care.
