Liquid milk consumption is large, order frequency, short shelf life, profits thin, sohigher request is put forward about the liquid milk distribution costs and deliverytime. To distribute the liquid milk with low cost and high customer service level, threekey questions are proposed: the decision of distribution mode, establishment of liquidmilk distribution network and establishment of liquid milk distribution networkinformation platform. Simultaneously, corresponding program is proposed by exampleanalysis and theory analysis. Two distribution modes of liquid milk are analyzed in detail based on differentvalue direction: the distribution mode based on low cost and the distribution modebased on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the relationship between distributionmode and customer satisfaction degree, distribution mode and sales quantity, distribution mode and market proportion are compared based on case analysis, and theresult shows that each distribution decision should be paid close attention to improvingthe customer service degree, and the cost objective can not be as the only objectivewhile a liquid milk distribution network is designed, which provide a research directionfor liquid milk distribution network. Then, two objects of the distribution network areascertained, that are minimum the distribution operation cost and optimization customerservice standard, based on which, a multi-object liquid milk distribution network isestablished using integer planning model. The restrictions of the model include supplyability of the supplier, capacity of the distribution point, the flexibility of supplyquantity, time restriction of distribution and so on. Then, the result is worked out usingrestriction method which transforms the multi-object model to single-object model. Theconclusion shows that: logistics centers which give priority to large-scale distributionshould be built near the factory and the distribution centers which give priority tosmall-scale, multi-variety, multi-frequency distribution should be built near thecustomer. Also, in order to prove the effective and efficiency of the model, an exampleis given, the result shows that the non-inferior solutions obtained reflect trade offrelationship between distribution operation cost and its service level, then, the content result is obtained according to marginal cost of service standard.Lastly, to assure the application of above liquid milk distribution network, ainformation platform is built for supply point, distribution center, vehicle dispatchcenter, customer and relative corporation and so on.
