With the world’s land resources increasingly depleted, the development of marineresources is imperative, so the research of underwater acoustic communication network hasgreat significance and broad application prospects. underwater acoustic communicationsnetwork, using self-organizing capacity of the nodes, automatically establish a networkrouting by the low power consumption and certain communication distance underwatersensors node in accordance with the particular topology cloth on the corresponding waters;and use the routing information of each node to transmission, node is both a terminal and arouter.On the background of the actual demand of an underwater acoustic communicationnetwork project,the main tasks is to design and achieve the underwater acousticcommunication network node which is based the OMAPL138Embedded platform.Thehardware platform based on Davinci dual-core architecture of the OMAPL138,in theenvironment of virtual machine,I established a complete cross-compiler and debuggingenvironment, on the hardware platform accomplish the transplant of Bootloader startmodule、the Linux operating system Kernel and Ramdisk root file system transplants,cut thesystem Kernel by according to the actual needs and complete the inter-core communicationand DSP wake drive program; based on the Ad-Hoc wireless networks protocol, realizeDSDV (Destination-Sequenced Distance-Vector Routing) routing protocol, handshakemechanism of the data link layer and ARQ retransmission mechanism ARQ (AutomaticRepeat-reQuest) retransmission mechanism and transmission frame CRC check on theembedded platform.Finally, I integrate the hardware and software of the node system, and complete threeinter-node peer-to-peer data transmission and data forwarding/relay communications protocoltest in laboratory ITU environment and anechoic water tank environment.The experimentalresults show that the design and implementation of this article is feasible in the embeddedplatform,the inter-core communication of the network node protocol software, the datatransmission of the node uplink and downlink, the communication handshake, forwardingand ARQ function can be effectively completed.
