Railway is the important infrastructure, public transportation in the developingcountries, is an important force to realize modernization, in the key position incomprehensive transportation system.In recent years, the railway industry in ourcountry has entered a stage of overall development, with the rapid development ofrailway industry, train operation safety and stability has attracted more and moreattention.Train operation monitoring device can realize the speed of train safetycontrol, collect and record the train running status information, and promote theautomatic train operation management, play an important role in ensuring the trainoperation safety.LKJ2000train monitoring system is the third generation of train operationmonitoring and recording device of our own design, host design using redundancytechnology, compared to the previous generation products, reliability, stability, ease ofuse, has been greatly improved.But the existing human-computer interaction system inthe process of driving the occasional black and white screen, button failure fault alsobrought great potential safety hazard.Therefore, developing a higher reliability,emergency better human-computer interaction system train monitoring device becomesextremely necessary.This paper first introduces the composition of LKJ2000system and functions ofeach part,analyzes the shortcomings of existing human-computer interaction systemand according to the functional requirements puts forward the overall design scheme ofdual redundant human-computer interaction system.Designs keep the originalappearance structure,adopt the concept of complementary show redundancy design,and optimize the internal structure,enhanced the system fuction.Under normalcircumstances dual redundant human-computer interaction system is the main displaysystem work,auxiliary display system for standby,when fault occurs, can through thebutton to switch to the auxiliary display working mode for emergencyoperation.Hardware platform adopts S3C2416ARM9microprocessor chip as the mainprocessor and CPLD as coprocessor,software platform adopts the embeddedLinux2.6.21.Then,according to the design scheme completed hardware circuit designof the double redundancy human-computer interaction system modules,thetransplantation of the Linux operating system and the development of underlyingdrivers, implement the trial production of a prototype.Finally do a functional testing on the prototype,the functions can be normal implementation, and according to the needof railway standards do a system reliability test,the test results show that the prototypehas reached the requirement of railway products.The dual redundancy human-computer interaction system in use will greatlyimprove the overall reliability and stability of train monitoring system, strengthen itsemergency handling capacity, so as to better ensure the safety of train operation safety.
