In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, computertechnology and network technology, the scope of application of computer as animportant means and tools for realizing modern management has become more andmore widely. The using of network information technology to achieve educationalinformation is an important part of the national economy and social information;what is more, it is an important strategy in our country through science and education.Nowadays, many domestic colleges and universities have proposed a goal ofbuilding a digital campus, striving to build a new higher education teaching mode toadapt to the requirements of the information society. Digital campus has the ability ofeasily achieving the whole process of teaching, research, management and serviceactivities through modern means. So as to achieve the purpose of improving thequality of teaching, research level and management level. It had been a challengefacing all colleges and universities that how the goal of building the digital campuscould be realized.Among them, teaching management system is an important part of digitalcampus construction, teaching management is the core work of the schoolmanagement, the complexity of its work on the comprehensive objective requiressuperb modern management tools. Advanced, scientific and normative managementmodel, information and automation of its management tools has a very importantinfluence on the overall development of the school, it has become an important meansto improve the quality of teaching and strengthen the monitoring of the quality ofteaching.Teaching management system based on Internet of Things technology to build acampus application was the background of this paper, the significance of the campusteaching management and the current main problems were analyzed firstly, and theresearch status of the Internet of Things technology was summarized, the significanceof this technology on the campus teaching management was analyzed then, therebyestablishing the overall integration of the Internet of Things technology campusteaching management research ideas.Then, the Internet of Things technology theory is summarized, including themeaning and characteristics of the Internet of Things, architecture, workflow, etc...Some key technologies in Internet of Things were analyzed including RFID, sensor technology, networking and communications technology, data mining and integrationtechnologies, middleware technology.Second, this paper make a overall design aiming at how to implement a campusteaching management system based on Internet of Things technology, thedevelopment goals of the system was admitted in the needs analysis part of this paper,making a standard and dynamic management of the typical business activities relatedto the teaching process including four major part of the day-to-day teachingmanagement: library management, attendance management, laboratory management.The system architecture, coding standards, as well as hardware system design ideasand key technologies were analyzed in the part of overall design, including electroniclabel design, the design of the tag reader, wireless access equipment design.One more, in the achieving part of this article for teaching management system,attendance management software subsystem was discussed. At first, making a systemanalysis on student attendance management subsystem, focusing on analysis of needs,basic functions as well as the feasibility. On this basis, the system was designed,including functional design and the conceptual design of the system database. Inaddition, system development tools and platform were also introduced. Finally, thesystem implementation part of the discourse. Including the implementation of theRFID middleware access layer, the realization of the system database, system moduleimplementations. On this basis, the performance of the system was tested.Finally, the problem in theoretical research and systems practice weresummarized, making a thought of how to take advantage of the Internet of Thingstechnology to further expand the campus management and in-depth applications.Envisaging the prospect for the future development of the Internet of Things at thesame time.
