| With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, video surveillance technology has been more and more widely. As the source of program production and transmission, television station especially attaches great importance to the video signal transmission security. In order to ensure the safe and reliable broadcast signal can be transmitted to the user, the TV stations need to monitor the video signal in each node of transmission.This paper focuses on the actual needs of a television station, was designed and implemented a video signal transmission control system. First briefly introduces the background and significance of the research topic, and the research status at home and abroad, and introduces the implementation of the related technique and video signal transmission monitoring system, such as video compression technology, image compression method, image data were transmitted protocol; and then details the system requirements analysis, and overall design in response to these needs are given video signal transmission monitoring system; and then gives some modules of the system implementation, including multi frame real-time browsing, image display, remote playback, local playback, multi-threaded download; finally introduces the application and test system.By applying this system, weather monitoring station can signal transmission link and found anomalies in the monitor screen, and can be the fastest and best way to send alerts and provide useful information, which can be more effective for emergency treatment, the maximum the lower limit of the phenomenon of false positives and false negatives. |
