In the modern warfare, the missile has become attack aircraft,tanks and ground target powerful weapons. Therefore, how to detect the threats earlier, prevent the attack of missile has become the most important challenge in the modern war. In the early90s, the ultraviolet warning as a kind of new type warning way more and more be used to find and defense threat.The development of ultraviolet warning is more and more quickly. From the demand of ultraviolet warning optical system, discusses and designs a kind of target signal receiving system for "solar blind" ultraviolet. This system can be widely used in military(ultraviolet warning), industry, agriculture, the natural environment and so on, and have several character as following:(1)The low false alarm rate compared to the other warning way. The system works in the area of "solar blind", it is no effected from sunlight and all kinds of nature source;(2)Added the aspherical surface and binary element. The structure of system is simplified;(3)The energy concentration is very high. The extremely weak signal can be detected;(4)The size is very small, the use and assembly is easy.In order to meet the application of UV(ultraviolet) system in UV guidance, UV warming, UV communications and interference, a UV target signal receiving system is designed. The system working wavelength is240nm-280nm, its field of view is40°. Based on the characters of ultraviolet optical system, from the assignment parameter、initial structure, using the doublet lens, adding aspherical surface and binary element, a Target Signal Receiving System for"Solar Blind"Ultraviolet is designed. The analysis results show that the spot diagram of target signal receiving system for "solar blind" UV is high energy concentration, diffuse circle diameter in each field is less than20μm and less than the pixel size30μm of UV-ICCD. This system is composed of eight lenses, simple structure, small size, and its application is very convenient.
