Design And Implementation Of Health Service Information System Based On.NET Platform

With the process of medical system reform, the traditional community healthmanagement system based on C/S structure is becoming difficult to achieve informationsharing and unified management of data analysis among communities. How to actualizeinformation sharing and mutual calling among different communities has become theurgent issue in the research, development and the implementation of the system presently.In order to solve such problem, The method presented in this paper is designed to build a“new generation” information management system for community health-care servicebased on. Net technology and B/S development pattern. The system regards theinformation resources and software system from each community as a service,encapsulates these services uniformly according to service contract and metadata models.And then by using SOAP, WebService and other technologies is used to provide theservice interface to those related communities. Thus, the problem of information resourcessharing and unified management among different communities can be solved. Theframework of this new system adopts web server, application server, database server toform the server farm and provide service from the server-side. It adopts IE browsers orother browsers to provide the application environment for the client-side, provide servicesfor them and constructs a complete3-tier or N-tier application platform. The system alsouses those model techniques such as XML、XML Schema、XSL/XSLT、XML DB to setup a model of the community residents’ health records, generates the HER Health Recorddata, and records individual lifelong health information, health care, medical treatmentsand other information in digital way. These information data being recorded strictly abidesby the HL7standard of medical electronic information exchange, which facilitatesexchanging and sharing. Finally, by establishing the brand-new service interfacemanagement system and using Web services and technology to servitize several modulesof the system, it accomplishes information sharing among different communities, sectionsand also between communities and regions.
