Laser tracking measurement technique with high measuring accuracy, measuring distance, easy to achieve high density and fast measurement speed measurement data, and has been widely used in aerospace and automobile manufacturing, and other areas of the large size components manufacturing and measuring. Measurement based on the large size space technology development and application of the status quo, analyzes the main factor affecting measurement precision laser tracking measurement technology. And introduces the basic principle of laser tracking measurement system and system components. The laser tracking measurement system are analyzed the main characteristics of the cause of error and error. By Monte Carlo (Monte Carlo) method is used to enhance reference System (Enhanced Referenced System, ERS) point of the space layout of the simulation analysis, the simulation results show that:first, in the process of laser tracking measurement, the laser tracker measurement position as close to ERS point, the System of transfer station measurement error is smaller;2, ERS point under the condition of the principle of tolerance, the system of transfer station measuring accuracy and can be guaranteed; Third, ERS point spatial distribution range the more concentrated, the transfer station of the smaller measurement error; Four, ERS point layout, the more the number of the transfer station of the smaller measurement error. Accordingly, when decorate ERS point, follow these points can reduce error transfer station system, improve the measurement precision, at the same time of laser tracking measurement system application has important guiding significance and market application value.
