In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has replaced land, labor and capital and become the main driving force to the enterprise development. It is not enough to have the knowledge, only on condition that knowledge is fully utilized can it create value. However, the knowledge is just stored up and becomes part of the enterprise database, the employees in the enterprise rarely use the knowledge, and the knowledge management project always becomes information management project.This paper analyzed the domestic knowledge management situation and described the characteristics of the network knowledge Q&A platform. This paper agreed that the solution to the domestic knowledge management problem is to implement knowledge management by using enterprise knowledge Q&A. However, the knowledge Q&A won’t happen automatically, it needs motivation by the enterprise manager.Therefore, combined with the national high-tech research development plan "Research on high-energy equipment techniques and tools based on full life cycle(2013AA041304)", this paper proposed enterprise knowledge Q&A motivation method and software system based on web2.0.The order of the presentation is as follows:Chapter1introduced the background of this article, including web2.0technology, knowledge sharing, knowledge Q&A and motivation theory, and analyzed the characteristics of the domestic knowledge management situation and enterprise knowledge Q&A system. At the end of this chapter, the architecture, significance and content of this paper were proposed.Chapter2elaborated the knowledge Q&A process with the principal-agent theory. Combined with the Principal-agent model of one-principal&one-agent, this chapter analyzed the asking process of the knowledge Q&A. Integrate with the Principal-agent model of one-principal&multi-agent, this chapter analyzed the answering process of the knowledge Q&A. Combined with principal-agent model based on the loss aversion theory, this chapter analyzed the whole process of the knowledge Q&A. At the end of this chapter, the motivation strategies were summarized.Chapter3summarized the characteristic of the establishment and evaluation of enterprise Q&A knowledge which is based on web2.0. Combined with the EigenRumor algorithm, this chapter put forward the computing method of the knowledge contribution value. Finally, this chapter pointed out the deficiency of the motivation method in current Q&A knowledge platform and proposed the enterprise Q&A knowledge motivation method based on dynamic points reward.Chapter4introduced the enterprise Q&A system which is based on web2.0from several parts, while the system architecture and functional models were established. Furthermore, the key technologies were discussed.Chapter5introduced the application of SanBian Sci-Tech enterprise Q&A knowledge system.Chapter6summarized the main research content and innovations in the whole text, and pointed out remaining problem and research work in the future.
