Design And Implementation Of Public Management System Of Public Security Organs

The wide application of the Internet has greatly changed the production and life ofhuman society. And the country’s political, economic and cultural have beenimpactted.In view of the current network public opinion in the needs of China healthguide, developing and standardize the processing.The public opinion managementdepartment of the public security organs to establish a network of public opinionmanagement system becomes necessary.The network management system of publicopinion will become to an indispensable technical measures for public opinion ofmanagement, information search, data management, public security departments.Theapplication of this system is bound to promote the public opinion,the standardization ofthe management and development of information technology.In this thesis,the management function and goal of building requirements for thenetwork public opinion management system of the public security organs have beenanalyzed.The functional requirements,the performance requirements,the use case needsand data requirements of the system have been analyzed.According to the content ofrequirements analysis, the network public opinion management system has beendesigned.The overall structure,the functional module,the network topology of thesystem have been detailed designed.And then the sequence diagrams, state diagramsand flow charts of the public opinion management system have been designed usingUML modeling technology.Subsequently, the database of the system has been designed,including the database table fields information, ER diagrams, and stored procedures foranalysis and design.Finally, on the basis of the overall design respectively,a three-tier system ofmanagement of the network of public opinion has been achieved.Respectively, the datalayer, access layer and business application layer have been realized. According to theUML models which have been designed, the basic functions of the network publicopinion management module has been respectively achieved,such as the main systeminterface, user login module, search module of public opinion, public opinion analysismodule, reporting module of public opinion,the document management module,network e-mail management module, the user management module, etc.And inaccordance with the system security technology, the data security access system has been designed.Then,functionality and performance testing of system have beenanalyzed according to the functions for system implementation.And the test resultsfollowing as Login function, the search capabilities of public opinion, public opinionmanagement functions of the system have been running stable.The realization of thesystem will be sufficing the management needs of network public opinion of the publicsecurity organs.In shortly, the network management system of public opinion has been buildedaccording to the objectives of the search network public opinion of the public securityorgans and data management functions based on the Web model. The design,implementation and application of the network management system of public opinionfor the public security organs will improve the efficiency of the management of publicopinion greatly.And the quality of network public opinion response will been alsoimproved.The research will enhance the level of information construction of publicsecurity and promoting the building of a harmonious society ultimately.
