System uses a multi-layer system architecture, dividing the system functionmodules; completion of the system database is defined to include all physical objects,properties, and contact database table structure and relationships. In the designprocess combined with ADO.NET data access technology, Web services technology,Oracle database application technology, the development of the principle of the system, system features, design and system implementation of a comprehensive system analysisand design.Through the Sichuan Art College student grants system development, grantsmanagement process can reduce the complexity of labor, reduce staff workloadmanagement to improve the efficiency of the management of student grants.
