Research And Realization Of Embedded Data Acquisition And Recording System For Industrial Process Based On ARM

In industries, it is becoming more important and necessary to apply the rapidlydeveloped embedded technology to the data acquisition and recording systems, so as toimprove operation quality.This work on researches on embedded data acquisition and recording system forindustrial process, which is based on32bit ARM7MPU S3C44B0X and replaces thetraditional single chip, also imports μClinux multitask real-time operating system. Thereal-time data gathered from industrial scene are disposed by A/D process etc, and thendisplayed on high resolution colorized LCD. It can show the changing trend of real-time dataof the monitored scene by curves or tables through abundant graphical interfaces functionssupported by MiniGUI, therefore it has a friendly human-computer interface. The inputfunction is realized by just touching screen. It is possible to click menu, scroll bar, list box,button etc, to finish relevant operation as convenient as using Windows operating system. Thedata recording disengages from PC completely. The real-time data displayed on LCD can bememorized in Nand Flash as the form of data file and exported through the USB interfacewhen necessary. BOA network server and CGI script program are replanted in the μClinuxoperating system, thus it has the function of dynamic Web monitoring. It is possible tomonitor the real-time data from industrial process under the browser of PC through network atany moment.Experiments show that the developed embedded system work steadily and credibly. Itcan completely realize the functions of real-time acquisition, humanization display,standardization operation, offline record, network monitoring of data from industrial scene.The system replaces the traditional truss of bottom intelligent instrument cooperated with PCand mixes the functions of both. We can expect the work has important effects on the progressof technology of industries and modernization.
