The system built up by using B/S structure, utilized the Object-Oriented technology and used Struts technology, and it split the system based on MVC pattern. First of all, the system used the Hibernate technology to encapsulate the operation and communication detail between business layer and persistence layer. Because of that, we could focus on dealing with the business logic; second, the system using Spring and XML template technology in order to further subdivide the session layer and the business layer. We can customize the business logic operation by using template, all of that base on Dependency Injection pattern which could reduce the relationship between each layer, and it could to present the user interface of the system in a unified way. The system used Drools rules engine technology to carry on actual business rule operation which realized the customize functionality of business rule. Because of the module technology was used in all the development history, it enhanced expandable capability of the system, and meanwhile, we used work flow engine middleware technology to carry on the control to the business flow, so that we can focus on designing and developing the business unit but don’t care other thing. Finally, the system used EJB and Web Service technology to provide the service interface, because of that, the system became an open business operation platform.Through the above technology applied, make a "security, stability, standard general, simple, fast and efficient" platform products. This system running successfully in Rizhao city of Shandong province area county financial sector, broadly welcomed by users.
